Their is never an excuse to harm any woman or child no mater what the reason

To make up justifications for violence against people that can’t defend themselves is the evil of a mans mind Man being in charge of woman and children and thinking the all mighty man has a right to bully anyone or anything he believes is below him

As humans we are destined to fail as long as we are filled will the brainwashing of others before us

It has been too late to pass this law. Many women have lost their lives already. However now such cases have come down except for the states like Punjab and Haryana and also this happens more in the poor families or the villages.

Anyway, a good initiative.
