I think the authorities in Sweden didn’t know that the Indian governing authorities do not do anything without their self interest(bribe). I think in this case they knew they would not gain anything by being present there so they simply ignored the invitation. Sick...Could have showed a little curtsy towards the poor girl.

Hi,Shweta, Thanks for the visit,actually it is not right for us common people to expect anything from the authorities concerned,they have got so many responsibilities that they do not pay any attention to such small functions.

Hi Walled, Thanks for the visit you are right this was not the first time they had ignored the ceremony, clearly showing that where there is no gain of any sort they are not ready to ”waste’ their precious time.
