This is exactly whats happening in all divorce cases. Some ask humongous amounts alimony/maintenance for even for short marriages. The same Act mentioned by the author states wife is entitled to be look after by the husband for her entire life!!! Hows that fair? These kinda laws should be scrapped just like IPC 377 and on the same grounds that it clearly violates Article 14, 15 and 21 of The Constitution of India.

Btw i dont know how Veena knows this man 30years ago beat his wife to bleed hahaha....

The old man deserves no sympathy, leave alone compensation. He has only fathered a child, not done anything that a person does to be called a father. Not a penny should be given to him. If possible he should be jailed for the atrocities that he committed towards his wife years ago when there were no stringent laws against men as they are there today.

This is your 300th. article dealing in detached father asking his for maintenance through court. It’s not fair on the part of father. He has humiliated his wife while the son was 7. Nevertheless,if son is well off,out of sympathy son could consider as an extra ordinary case. Father instead seeking redressal through a court,as well could have approached the son himself and ought have maintained dignity of both. Massive human errors lie with father.

Hi Shafi,Hi Nuya nice to hear from you again.Yes you are right it seems that the fault lies with father and to top it all he wants Pasi to come in the court even if he had ill treated Pasi and his mother 34 years ago.It seems that even now he is not repentant but just wants that now in his old age his son should look after him,so what if he was not a good father he wants his son to be a perfect son.

Please understand that you cann’t compare India with Pakistan. India is secular and multiethnic,multicultural facets. Gay sex maniacs say that is their rights. It is the nature who brought them into the world with some peculiarities. One aspect they show masculine features,the otherway feminine.
