Our society is tuned to believe women and pamper them however bad they are. Ganga killed seven of her own new born sons for reasons best known to her and she is worshiped as a Mother whereas Kansa did the same and he was killed by Krishna. Man commits a crime, he is punished, woman commits a crime she is worshiped and they call it a man’s world, a male dominated society. What bullshit??

As for rape, you should be aware that if its a single person accused, the rape simply cannot happen because the clitoris closes itself. How do we not know the woman is not lying. Just because it makes a sensation to defame men everyone participates in it.

And Anant, biggest problem with men is that they think, I am the only good person on earth rest all are bad. So the moment men hear something against men, they develop hatred.

And Veena, when you say hang the rapist, why can’t I say, chop off breast of the lady who bobbitized her former lover? Or why can’t I say cut the vagina of the wife who cut her husband’s willy?

Is it that men are to be punished for their crimes based on assumptions and women are allowed to commit crime??

In case of Pundalik, let a proper police investigation and medical examination be conducted and if it is found that he is indeed guilty, he deserves the punishment as described in IPC Section 376. You are no one to prescribe punishment for him for you have not talked about the heinous crimes that women commit and then feign innocence. Till that time you reserve no right to speak against Pundalik.

Can you gather the spirits to write against abusive women??

When I go for visit in the home for the aged I see old ,people stooped ,helplessly weak, trying to walk but getting tired easily, and when I read this news everyone of them came in my mind.

I am no feminist but I loved my grandmother and when my mother grew old I saw how old age makes a person so helpless.

Who said that any wrong done by women should be condoned and men only should be punished. And if you think that the family of that lady would just report the matter without any basis to become a laughing stock you are mistaken . The police have registered the case under IPC 376.

Any wrong done by a man or woman is wrong if proved they should be punished

wihout any discrimination.

And with medical examinaion and IPC 376 and 324 things look pretty bleak for Pundalik. We all are entitled to our views.

The society is highly sympathetic to women. We have all seen enough of all that. Right from my school days, I have seen how women get away with mistakes and crimes. While the guys are brutally taken to task for that. Recently, in Bangalore, a lady dentist castrated her ex-boyfriend because the BF was not ready to marry her. The society sympathised with her and hailed her act. Some people said, ”At last some women have started to give back”. ”Women-power” etc. Look at the double standards. If a woman breaks a relationship or commits a crime, the society hails it as women-power. If men do it, they are called criminals.

What you are talking is theory? Never happens. For women committing crimes, either some bullshit justification is given or another man is punished. In a murder case in US, the husband was murdered by the wife and her lover. Yet only the lover(the man) was punished and the wife was let off!!!

While the man getting punishment is understandable, why was the wife let off??

In practice its only men who get punished whether or not they have done a crime or not. In a dowry case, first the husband is sent to jail and then investigation is done as to whether the complaint is true or false. What kind of a justice system is this?? Who will pay for the ignominy of the innocent husband for getting jailed for no crime if the complaint is proven false. And 98% of such cases are false and filed with a pervert motive to extort money from the husband to end a bad marriage.

Women lie openly in courts about their employment status to claim hefty alimonies and nothing happens. They make wild and absurd allegations and get away after making the life of the husband and his family hell. Who is going to account for all this??

No one ever talks about these troubles and discrimination that men face and yet the moment a crime comes up, all sorts of condemnations start taking place against men. It never happens against women, why???

Why so much of pamperment to women? If you want gender equality, then punishment also needs to be equal, isn’t it??

Its not about law. Its about societal attitude. Whereas males are routinely punished, females are routinely pampered.

Dowry law being misused is a clear example of how when given a chance and when given power, women would take undue advantage. In the past, the men did it. Now, the women are doing it. That’s human nature. It also shows that the 33% reservation demand by women in parliament and state legislatures is not going to make an quality difference to politics and governance. Many women legislators are as corrupt as men. Mayawati is extorting from poor citizens for her birthday celebrations! Women are no longer what they were in the past. They have changed immensely. I’d like to differ here...

How can say with so much surety that the women (or even men) have changed over time? When it comes to the basic human nature, nothing is changed.

I don’t see any difference in women wanting to be pampered, and men pampering them, over the ages. Mahabharata, Ramayana and many other wars are said to be fought due to pamperment of women.

Men have always been recorded to have been tortured brutally just for pampering women in different relationships.

Today the only thing changed is the ways how men are tortured and the ways how the women are pampered.

This is mainly b’coz of compatibility issue with other members of husband’s family. Now a days girls are more educated [i mean academic wise] than their mother in laws. Here ego comes into action. Yeah, basic human nature is the same. Its hasn’t changed. But I was referring to how men were taking advantage of women some 2 generations ago. They would rape a poor woman knowing fully that she wouldn’t complain to anybody because it was highly traditional in those days. If a woman complained of genuine rape, she would be socially ostracised. So she wouldn’t complain. Now, the social values have changed and women no longer consider virginity and chastity as holy cows. Every girl has 150 to 200 boyfriends in her prime of youth and she wouldn’t mind complaining about rape at the slightest instance. An incident happened in Bangalore a year ago where a Delhi girl of 24 years slept with some 10 men for payment and when she couldn’t get whatever she asked for, [She probably asked for more than the settled price], she went to the Commissioner of police and filed a rape case. On investigation, the police realised that she was a high-end, high-class, high-society call girl who had probably charged several Lakhs for sex for 10 days.
