Last week I read an article in Mail Today where the writer was lamenting about the negative working attitude at the airport classifying all workers as rude, noncoperative and all in all useless.
In my opinion there are certain categories of workers
1 The sincere worker who will work under all circumstances.
2 The worker who in the beginning worked hard but finding no acknowledgement of his hard work, gave up
3 The worker who worked only for the period it was compulsory for him to work and than took it easy
4 Lastly the worker who knew he will get all the benefits without working took advantage of this fact and did not work
What I would like to point out that the offices are running because of category 1 workers.It is because of them the work is being done. At least give them their due credit.Please do not tar them with a common brush.
