No way, if the question was asked no one would give even a drop of blood for Rs. 10/- but a railway cop seemed to think so when he asked 14 year old Shahabuddin, a train hawker Rs.10/ as a part of protection money poor Shahabuddin offered him Rs 5/-as he had not earned that much yet.

But this devil incarnate did not accept what was being offered and after beating him up, looting whatever he had, just pushed the poor boy out of the running train, the result was inevitable. Poor Shahabuddin lost his left leg and is hospitalized in Muzaffarpur.

Superintendent of Railway Police Amit Lodha has started an inquiry for identifying the culprit, which should not be difficult as the attendance register has to be maintained.

But what about the punishment, suspension, demotion what else if things come to extreme he might be slapped with a criminal case but will all that reverse the life long maiming of Shahabuddin.

He should be made to take care of Shahabuddin till he makes him self reliant and he should be answerable to authorities about Shahabuddin’s progress. May be than he would realise the enormity of his selfish deed.
