This is for real. Natalie Dylan 22, a student in London decided to auction off her virginity to the highest bidder. The reason for doing is, she wants to pay for her studies. She is doing Masters in Family and Marriage therapy.
Natalie who is from San Diego, California, USA, is serious about her offer. The one night stand has many bidders. Till date 10,000 men had offered for her, the highest bid being 2.5 million pounds till date.
Natalie sees nothing wrong in the auction, She says she is not demeaning herself, a well educated female who has done her degree in Women Studies has a dubious example of her sister to follow. Her sister Avia 23, worked as a prostitute for three weeks to pay for her studies.
Natalie is getting all sorts of offers from serious to downright weirdoes, but she is clear about one thing, it is going to be only a one night stand and she is ready to undergo any medical examination to prove the authenticity of her offer.
A very bold and practical Natalie is quite aware that she will be condemned for such offer but she does not have any problems with that. She also wants to make sure that she is not in any way compromised or taken advantage of. She insists she is not selling herself.
She also wants to ensure that the person who wins the bid and she herself benefit from the deal.
In Natalie’s books virginity is no big a deal in today’s world and she was shocked that people were ready to pay so much for something which isn’t so highly prized anymore.
Any Comments?
That would be true for the girl too. She could have well chosen to work and pay for educations. Instead she chooses the easy out. Selling her virginity.
The problem with the western world is that losing one’s virginity is not a big deal.
Let us hope that we don’t see such things in India which has its youngsters looking at the western world to imitate.
Got a better offer?
Of course, in progressive times ”virginity” is no longer a prized possession. Let’s wait and see what else is in store in all in these “very progressive countries “.
Yes, it will be a hard nut to crack for Asian countries to be on par with new standards, all in the name of progressive and practical steps, set by Western countries...ha..ha.
Thanks for telling us something about a well educated female..ha..ha
” first see how much they have done in each and every field and there straightforward and simple approach to life,”
And that’s give them the license to f*** a virgin @ 2.5 million pounds..ha..ha
”atleast this girl has the guts to come out and say this in public unlike in India where this is happening everyday but behind the closed doors.”
So it’s time for all of us to indulge in sex the way doggies do on street khullam-khulla...ha..ha.And yes, I have heard/read that they do it in parks in full view of people which is shown live...So what are we waiting for.Let’s become truly progressive....ha..ha
She is selling her privacy... herself. the right to be intruded... people do that every day, be it morally or not...
Another thing: ”new standards for Asian countries?” (&)
Asian countries provide more prostitution and sexual entertainment than any other regions on Earth... Have you been to Bangkok? To Hanoi? Massage parlours in Yokohama? Please don’t play this card... we certainly didn’t invented the Kama Sutra, the concept of harem, concubines and professional prostitutes... It is all Asian creations mate... get it right.
—-Yes, U people are not capable of inventing Kamasutra. You people are capable of only inventing bogus Victorian morality that has resulted in generation which has struck deep bonhomie with condoms.Hats off to your ”Condom culture”!!
” Have you been to Bangkok? To Hanoi? Massage parlours in Yokohama?”
—-Please do also tell us who are the regular visitors in these places ?
Goa in India has become hunting ground of pedophiles from Western countries. It’s they who are the most prized visitors at these places !!!
The concept of Condom?? If you knew the concept of condom my friend, your nation would not be required to ”re-size” due to overpopulation. Everytime you had a ’flood’ or a ’fire’thousands wouldn’t have to die due to a large demographic concentration. If you knew the concept of condom... Every Indian could reach University level and have cars and air-conditioning and clean water and health care and clean food, shower, toilets and many other wonders of Human engineering.
You want to dictate the pace of conversations as you are a Switzerland or something... There is a reason why millions are leaving India every day but none cares to return... Think about it... If you only knew Condoms...
And now, you are slamming Western Morals? Like you if could? Look around you... Look at your government who are trying to pursue Nuclear might while incapable to provide toilet paper for the poor or food for the young. You Indians really believe to have everything under the control... get a reality check! Children get raped in your street every day and the HIV contamination is one of the largest. Maybe instead of Kama Sutra, condom was the answer and you could at least maintain the attitude of first world development that you never, never will see happen in your country. when you get hungry... try to eat Uranium and see what the taste likes.
Who are Indians to give Moral lessons to anyone... Please spare me of your pathetic judgement.., before I pull my company from your call centre in Bangalore and leave you without job and internet connection. Think about that...
Okay. It’s you country that knows condom very well.Great information.Isn’t it?Keep the relationship intact with it.It’s another thing that despite such terrific relationship with condom unwanted teenage pregnancies are giving sleepless nights to parents in U.S. and Britain. Is it because they have condoms but no morality ? Or they are moral creatures but still don’t know how to use condoms despite being in touch with it for a long time?...ha..ha

Rape is a serious problem in the United States today. The United States has the highest rape rate among countries which report such statistics. It is 4 times higher than that of Germany, 13 times higher than that of England and 20 times higher than that of Japan.
Above is a chart showing the estimated rape rate per 100,000 people in the United States between 1960 and 1998. The rape rate in the US in 1998 was 34.4 per 100,000 persons. In 1997 there was a decrease of 7% in the overall crime rate, but the rate of rape and sexual assault did not decline at all. (National Crime Victimization Survey, 1997)
Women are 10 times more likely than men to be victims of sexual assault (National Crime Victimization Survey, 1997). A study among college women has shown that 1 out of every 5 college age women report being forced to have sexual intercourse. (1995 National College Health Risk Behavior Survey) 22% of all women say that they have been forced to do sexual things against their will, where only 3% of men admit to ever forcing themselves on a woman. Transnational Issues > Trafficking in persons > Current situation
India is a source, destination, and transit country for men, women, and children trafficked for the purposes of forced labor and commercial sexual exploitation; internal forced labor may constitute India’s largest trafficking problem; men, women, and children are held in debt bondage and face forced labor working in brick kilns, rice mills, agriculture, and embroidery factories; women and girls are trafficked within the country for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation and forced marriage; children are subjected to forced labor as factory workers, domestic servants, beggars, and agriculture workers, and have been used as armed combatants by some terrorist and insurgent groups; India is also a destination for women and girls from Nepal and Bangladesh trafficked for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation; Indian women are trafficked to the Middle East for commercial sexual exploitation; men and women from Bangladesh and Nepal are trafficked through India for forced labor and commercial sexual exploitation in the Middle East
Transnational Issues > Trafficking in persons > Tier rating
Tier 2 Watch List - India is on the Tier 2 Watch List for a fifth consecutive year for its failure to provide evidence of increasing efforts to combat human trafficking in 2007; despite the reported extent of the trafficking crisis in India, government authorities made uneven efforts to prosecute traffickers and protect trafficking victims; government authorities continued to rescue victims of commercial sexual exploitation and forced child labor and child armed combatants, and began to show progress in law enforcement against these forms of trafficking; a critical challenge overall is the lack of punishment for traffickers, effectively resulting in impunity for acts of human trafficking; India has not ratified the 2000 UN TIP Protocol
I think there is no point discussing any thing as this is not going anywhere.. I said what I felt like. Anyways Hats off to your absurd and pesimistic way of thinking. I don’t have any answer to your comment.
Such pessimism is better than horrible optimism which you have projected via your blind approval to silly things happening in West !!!

Kindly justify your allegation that what Arvind has said is absurd. How is it pessimistic? How would you like to live in a world where your wife is having extra-marital relationships, with your knowledge or without it, every second girl is out there for sex, and the society has absolutely no morals? What would be the affect on children when homes are broken, adultery is rampant and children feel insecure?
Thanks for your kind support.I have already given a fitting reply to Mr.Anant.But that in no way reduces your timely and perfect intervention.THANX.
What else would your fine nation would serve the example for the West?
and why do you wear Western clothes since our ”standards” are so poor? Also, would your language be more appropriated ? When it all has an end?
Indians cant point fingers to nobody.. join the boat...
I was referring to western concepts of liberalism VS traditional values. If according to you, a lady can do whatever she likes, where would the society head towards? Freedom without responsibility is what guys like you are advocating. Its a disaster waiting to happen. Lastly, according to you, anything that is against women is sexist; anything against men is perfectly fine. Is that what you are saying? How many women pay alimony to their husbands? How many women are ready to die in wars? This is a double standard that the feminist west and hen-pecked men are advocating.
The East still focusing on general common good.
Nevertheless, Jay is right in his saying that people just want easy way out. No one wants to toil and get things with hard work. Selling oneself in acute destitute and being helpless makes (though little) a sense, but the above case is bit different. Yes, how, let me explain. Natalie is well educated, she’d earn for her education. But no she won’t go for that way because she has got the easy way out.
Finally I’d only say that people who achieve great goals in this world have always opted for a way less traveled by. And I don’t think this less traveled road will prove to be great one for her.
Arvind U BETTER BE IN UR LIMITS. This is a social forum and everyone has the right to express his/her thoughts. U BETTER NOT SAY THIS TO ME OR ELSE... U BLOODY WELL UNDERSTAND THIS..
Yes, it’s time to honour the Laxman Rekha ..ha..ha
The western world is extremely wealthy, no doubt, materialistically. Its also equally morally bankrupt. India is fast heading towards this same situation. The western world consists of crass commercialisation, consumerism, broken homes, high divorces, single motherhood, fatherlessness, lack of trust, weak relationships, rampant adultery, pre-marital and extra-marital relationships, rampant abortion, drugs, prostitution, feminism, disturbed children, crimes etc. Ancient India was never like the way it is today. India is simply heading towards this situation.
... On the other hand... which kind of sick man would pay 2.5 million pounds for sex?
It is a joke for men of any culture to place such a high standard virginity...and then go looking for virgins with no desire in love or marriage...They themselves are creating the women which their own society will disgrace and abhor.
Christopher Columbus never went to India. Amerigo Vespucci and Vasco da Gama did. (:
Sati: Following outcries after each instance, there have been various fresh measures passed against the practice, which now effectively make it illegal to be a bystander at an event of sati. The law now makes no distinction between passive observers to the act, and active promoters of the event; all are supposed to be held equally culpable. Other measures include efforts to stop the ’glorification’ of the dead women.
Following the outcry after the Sati of Roop Kanwar, the Indian Government enacted the Rajasthan Sati Prevention Ordinance, 1987 on October 1, 1987 and later passed the Commission of Sati (Prevention) Act, 1987.
The Prevention of Sati Act makes it illegal to abet, glorify or attempt to commit Sati. Abetment of Sati, including coercing or forcing someone to commit Sati can be punished by death sentence or life imprisonment, while glorifying Sati is punishable with 1-7 years in prison. However, enforcement of these measures is not always consistent. The National Council for Women (NCW) has suggested amendments to the law to remove some of these flaws.
On October 11, 2008, an elderly woman committed ’sati’ by jumping into her 80-year-old husband’s funeral pyre at Checher in Kasdol block of Chhattisgarh’s Raipur district.
Racism: Rohan, I agree with most of your comments. It is correct but incomplete. This discussion never was about comparing the United States to India. This discussion was about morality and in particular false standards placed by misinformed individuals within this site, perhaps for hidden agendas or just simple ignorance. Either way, this is a site for discussion and we do it right. Mr. Arvind has no clue on pointing ”false morality” to West and not searching under his own nose. It seems to me that certain Indian citizens are happy to embrace the benefits of a democratic instance but are incapable to understand the pursue to individual freedom that allow men and women alike to live and to choose their doings, thoughts and actions as long it don’t interfere to the next person. It is called Liberalism and you are unlikely to see any of this in your homeland.
Back to main topic, an young, 22 years old female decided to auction her virginity. to this person in particular, it is irrelevant. Perhaps, a lack of education, morals or understanding played a huge part on her choices. This is possible. However, making claims that the whole West society has no morals is ridiculous.. Is what we call from this side of the planet: Pure Bullshit!
She is a liberal young female living on a developed society and she is using her freedom of choices that allows her to ”give away” her time for sexual pleasure if we must call it. I only have two issues in order to accept this:
1. that Prostitution is legal in UK.
2. She must declare and pay tax.
About India: To my opinion, India is developing to become a good country. It still has one of the poorest socio-economic levels on Earth and people do starve on daily basis. It is unacceptable for a nation with such old history. The levels of hygiene are horrendous. The HIV contamination is scary, but hey, some millions have cell phones and that is just fine to be proud of, right?
I have many Indian friends, some co-workers, so personal friends and some both. They all agree without contest that India has centuries to achieve a status of development equal to West. The problem of India is to emphasise too much its achievements and keep the blind eyes to its problems.
Caste system: Yes, I agree with you Rohan, India has done an incredible development on equalising work opportunities and this show the power of India not just as a cultural group but its strength as a nation. Well done.
As Mae West once said ” Why make a big issue out of a little bit of tissue”

Most Americans just live-in. Because divorce is very common in the west and its a liberal society out there. In India, we are blindly following the western values. We will soon be the divorce, adultery, fatherless, paternity-fraud capital of the world!
Present-day Americans are realising the ill-effects of feminism. Men are paying through their nose to meet alimony and maintenance requirements filed by their ex-wives. Marriage for most men in the west is a losing proposition. Thanks to feminism. Feminism aims at destroying family system, marriage and enslave men and empower women. Just google it and you will know the truth. I will also provide you with the links.
Are you married or do you plan to get married ?
... you will be fine if you learn the concept of condoms... (:
Call Centers are not the breeding ground for prostitution.
Just because call centers are paying, it doesn’t mean that adultery and postitution is allowed. Yes, IT sector is highly notorious for it too. Isn’t the IT sector on similar lines? The difference between private companies and MNCs is that the culture prevalent in MNCs is far too much to the extreme. I have seen girls and boys behave differently in call centers.
How does that matter to you?

As we know that some time we are felling proud to be Indian becouse of our culture. This world is spending and funding money for the terrorist and arms and ammunation. But the world should feel the shame on this kind of the situation if the people are not able to feed and not able to get the education i think its worst things.
welldone veena to raise this issue but we should not promote it.

Well done.
... you will be fine if you learn the concept of condoms... (:
Just because call centers are paying, it doesn’t mean that adultery and postitution is allowed. Yes, IT sector is highly notorious for it too. Isn’t the IT sector on similar lines? The difference between private companies and MNCs is that the culture prevalent in MNCs is far too much to the extreme. I have seen girls and boys behave differently in call centers.
Call Centers are not the breeding ground for prostitution.
