I never said that the present day India is leading in morality. But ancient India was indeed and that is why Christopher columbus and others wanted to visit India. Sati does not exist any more. It didn’t exist in ancient India either. It existed due to certain other social factors. About population control, India is doing nothing about it because of a concept that the pseudo-intellectuals from the west have adopted - the concept of secularism. Its simply put, pseudo-secularism.
