When Harman was growing up inevitably he must have been compared with Hrithik and he must have felt happy about it, poor thing now he must be cursing himself because being in the same field now the looklike features are a big liabilty, because every tinnie winnie action of his is being compared with the super star and naturally he comes as a poor second.
The movie is also compared albeit unfavourably to other Sci. Fi’s the legendary Star Wars with a Darth like character thrown in for effect, bad effect.The red wigged Priyanka is hard to digest.All the childish gimmicks like papaya serving teddybear, flying cars would have impressed the kids if this movie was released in the era where there were no multiplexes and no deluge of imported Sci.Fi’s
The story line is an amalgam of different successful movies namely Star Wars, Back to Future and our romantic masala thrown in liberally.
Harman shows promise but he would need a lots of luck to overcome the Hrithik hangover in the cine audience minds. Boman Irani and Priyanka tried but the launching pad was defective leading to lots of smoke but no fire to ignite the rockets for super sonic success.
