After the Delhi blasts originated in dustbins, Mumbai is thinking of providing bomb proof dustbins all over Mumbai so that in case of dustbin blast the person standing next to it will get hurt but not grievously.
The cost of old bins is Rs.800/- while the cost of new bins will be 80,000/- No problem as our safety is top priorty for the Govt.
Only one question will the terrorist always follow the modus operandi, if yes, how do they know about it, if tomorrow it will be a car bomb will they bombproof each and every car.
Won’t it be better if they just place the dustbin in somewhat isolated areas rather than right on the road side and try to inculculate the non littering habit and also teaching people to be more vigilant would be more paying.
Instead of wasting money in such a manner they should tighten up the security agencies so that such incidences do not take place at all.
