First Injured, Then Booked

Mandeep and Gagandeep both 21 were riding on their motorbike in Chandigarh when they were hit by a speeding Zen which not only injured them, and while Gagandeep who was driving the mobike, fell on the bonnet of the car and got entangled in the left wheel was dragged about 100 metres. That was not all, afterwards when the car did stop it was found that the driver was none other then the Sub-Inspector Jaspal Bhullar of the Chandigarh police.

After stopping he came to know about the extent of injuries his rash driving had caused so he allegedly simply drove away. That was not all.Now the two boys have been booked for rash driving.

As per the police version and that of Bhullar himself he did not run away from the spot ,in fact the boys were driving rashly and hit his car injuring him and fracturing his arm.Even his seniors are collaborating his story.

As per the relatives and friends of the boys ,Gagandeep was a responsible driver, not a rash one,he did not drink and was in fact preparing for his TOEFL exam staying as a paying guest in the city.

One question that immediately comes to mind is if the mobike was being driven rashly and it hit the car than how come Gagandeep fell on the bonnet and was dragged upto 100 mtrs after being entangled in the left wheel? It seems even the car was speeding so much so that Bhullar was unable to stop it.

Than why only the boys are doubly punished first injured and fighting for his life than being booked for rash driving ?
