What if one wants a dream wife, appearance wise, and he is unable to find one so what does one do, either create one which till date is not possible or do what PLASTIC surgeon Reza Vossough in Germany did.

Reza chose a woman Cany, 33 a very plain looking ordinary woman average, flat-chested woman with saddlebag thighs, a tummy and puffy, hooded eyelids. She was in gastronomy working as a waitress.

But the sculptor saw potential in her so despite hating her body he married her and than started the whole custom made process, of improving God’s creation. He performed eight surgeries, targeting her chest, thighs, eyes and face. He spent five years pumping 1,600g of silicone into her body, boosting her A-cup-size breasts to giant F-cup ones. Besides the eight surgeries, he also enhanced her lips, lifted her eyelids and de-creased her forehead.

The former waitress also had nip-and-tuck ops to her bum, tummy and thighs and countless Botox injections.

Finally, after £18,000 ($41,500) of cosmetic surgery, Reza found his dream woman with whom he fell in love. His only grouse now is the cost of new wardrobe he has to buy after each breast enhancement.

Of course Cany is thrilled with her new improved body and changed from a dowdy waitress to a busty model.

Reza is naturally thrilled about the changes and he does not shy away from boasting that he almost felt like God, doing better than the nature. He is not ruling out further surgeries in future also, because obviously with age Cany will be requiring nips and tucks.

But what about Reza Himself, he is not a Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, all rolled in one. Infact he is not even good looking he had inherited his father’s big nose which he got corrected by his friend and he also had some botox himself.

Well each one to himself, an artificial beauty is never a joy forever.
