I read an article in Mail Today.It was about the yesteryears heroines who have still retained their charm alongwith their figures. Of course the Diva is Rekha. Now how much credit can be given to Botox and other means is debatable, but to maintain such hourglass figure at this age is really commendable.
Another South Indian Heroine is Hema Malini. I think she is much more graceful at this age.Of course the Lady in white Simi, she is impeccably dressed as always but is on the artificial side.
Sharmila again is another one but she is now matronly.
Srievi and Poonam Dhillon belong to somewhat younger brigade but still Sridevi can win the contest hands down.
Dimple Kapadia has maintained herself.Her fabulous mane is just great.There are many more but
my personal favourite is none of the above but someone who is from the small screen. Ratna Pathak Shah, anyone who have seen ‘Sarabhai versus Sarabhai’ will know what I am speaking about. The fabulous sarees and the panache with which she carries those is worth viewing.
All of them give an ordinery middle aged woman an encouragement that nothing is impossible and with little effort anyone can look and feel good.
