India :

So the captain of Team India M.S.Dhoni is telling everyone that Indian Cricket Team is tired because of playing “back to Back” matches
Obviously Team India reserves the right to be tired, to give indifferent performance, to be assured of their rights to be in the team without playing well,no one can say a word against them here they are playing for their country.
Now IPL teams the Knight Riders, The Delhi Dare Devils, The Chennai Super Kings and all in which these players play have forfeited these rights, they have to give their best performance, or they lose their credibility and also will be hauled over live coals in public if their play is below par. (Remember Mallaya and Royal Challengers) They can also be chucked out. After all their new masters have paid crores in open auction and they will crack their whips to make these players dance at their tunes. Here they played for their own selves
Isn’t it surprising that how no one was tired during IPL and the very next test series The Asia Cup drained them out?

There’s no need to be sarcastic....he’s not saying these things after loosing...India have won last three matches..
And you need to realize that these are not T20....These 50-50 one day matches and back to back matches can be tiring.

I am not being sarcastic but even Rajeev Shukla was of the same view and we all know when IPL was going on the players were travelling, playing, practising nonestop. We did not hear any complain regarding the gruelling schedule, why now?

As I have already said...see the difference between 20 overs and 50 overs.

We have professional football leagues in several countries with IPL like structures. You have to see how many new players have come up through IPL and how quick entertainment was provided to busy people. Some people are cribbing because they can never earn such money themselves.

No problem, just say the word and you will be released rom Team India. Give others a chance and you will be free to join other leagues also

What I meant was once they are free from Team India they are free to join XYZ league and no one will have any problem but if you are Team India and playing for India this sort of feeling will immediately come into minds of everyone why tiredness during Asia cup and not during IPL

After saying all these things you are still asking the same question.

Indian public memory is one of the worst examples of ”short memory”. Do you know who Rajeev Mishra is? Hailed as the most promising hokcey star, he started with a bang. He then had an injury and due to lack of money had a faulty treatment. Now he works as a TTE in some train. And these people talk about ”national duty”.

Anyway if you had played yourself you would have understood the difference between 20 and 50 overs.

Blogging is about expressing your views and then discussing them with others....
The facility of commenting is meant for that. You need to give reasons and counter reasons accordingly....I have just given my reasons for disagreement...

If you are not willing to discuss that’s ok...I’ll stop commenting...

I think the ICC is speaking right now about the scheduling issues and the fact that there is just way too much cricket. IPL is gone and I think it is better to leave it at that. No one is going to let an opportunity to make money go away as that is just natural. The players are indeed tired and it is in best interest of everyone to make the whole scheduling a bit lighter. Take away the crappy and overly dumped ODIs, let us have a more quality cricket in the form of Test matches and the T20 can keep the money flowing in once a year.

What about the captain along with the tired ones resting and pacifying their nerves, and in the meanwhile some other getting a chance to lead the national side with some new faces in the line-up; Saurav, Dravid, Kaif, Parthiv, Asnodkar- there is a long of the aspirants who need just a single chance to prove their mettle. And I can bet over anything MSD would be the first to object that even.
