Criminals Thrive because of an Understanding Society!

Strange but true, I’ve give below the news headlines which just show how a tolerant, understanding society is responsible for the thriving criminals. Child rapist strikes again days after being let off because victim’s Christian family forgave him.

A judge is being investigated after he freed a child rapist who kidnapped and assaulted another youngster just eight days later.

Judge Adrian Smith spared the 16 year old jailed prisoner after the first victim’s family apparently forgave the teenager because of their Christian faith.

He was given a community despite protests from prosecutors and police and went on to rape a five year old. He gave his second victim a Star Wars light sabre toy for keeping quiet.

In the first attack, the teenager lured a seven year old boy to a bedroom and subjected him to a horrific assault. He was convicted of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and rape and given a three-year community rehabilitation order at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester, on June 26. As part of the punishment he was ordered to go to counseling sessions to address his behaviour and was to be supervised by probation officers.

If the family of the first victim had not been so forgiving the ordeal faced by the second victim could have been avoided.

Teenage mother who stubbed out cigarette on her baby daughter’s back because she was ’stressed out’ is send to Young offenders institution for nine months only and than she will be back again to inflict more torture on her hapless baby.

Care worker stabbed to death by ‘Samurai’ ex-boyfriend despite begging police for protection. A grieving mother wept yesterday as she told how her daughter’s violent ex-boyfriend was freed to murder her despite desperate pleas for protection.

Nicola Sutton, 22, was living in fear of Barry Stone when he was released after serving only six months of an 18 month sentence for attacking her. Just a month later, Stone - who had a lengthy record of violence against women - tracked her down and stabbed her to death with a Samurai sword.

Miss Sutton had begged probation workers to bar him from her town. But the care worker was told this would breach the 31-year-old’s ‘human rights’, an inquest heard. Yesterday Miss Sutton’s mother Lynn told an inquest that her daughter had been betrayed by the courts, police, Prison Service and probation staff.

Back home we have our own Kasab, a terrorist who knows that he will not be punished despite of the fact he has murdered many in cold blood. The honour killers are roaming freely while their victims and their families who have lost their loved ones in a mob frenzy helplessly watch the travesty of so called forgiveness.

Many rapists, murderers are roaming free because of the loopholes in our legal system but worse the attitude of our society. If a crime is committed the victim’s family will all be in favour of stringent punishment for the criminal but on the other side of the fence there will be human rights activists, religious fanatics, who are constantly lobbying for forgiveness, One wonders whether they will be as tolerant if God Forbid they become victims.

Live and Let Live is fine in theory and good for moral boosting but this can also backfire.

Why do human rights activists fight for the criminals only? Can't they see that the victims against whom they committed crime are also humans? What about their human rights?

Human rights are meant for humans not the beasts disguised as humans.

People are to be taught tough lesson the moment they are caught for their first crime. Such people if left on mercy repeat their bad behavior for sure. These are the culprits of the society and should not be let free at all.

when a child was abused, he should get justice. how could his family forgive the teenager? i mean it was the child who suffered and not the family... they shouldn't have taken the decision on child's behalf. plus a decision to let him free was ridiculous.

Criminals are not to be dealt with a soft corner in the heart. Decisions should be taken keeping in mind the pain victim has gone thru.
